Question Hardbody 4 Lug Conversion?

I found a pic on Pinterest of a hb with 4 lug wheels. Anyone done this or know how it could be done?

Adapters. Why the hell would anyone want to do this tho.. I know, 4 lug wheels are so much cooler than 6 lug wheels and definitely more attractive than those stupid 5 lug offset wheels everyone wants

4 lug is also weaker than 6 lug.

Most likely its a slammed 2wd, so weight shouldn't really be an issue. Not like its going to be used as a truck for any reason Its tough to find nice 6 luggers if thats your thing. Took me years to find a set of 51x10 hurricanes/turbines/westerns, what ever you want to call them.

Opens up a ton more wheel options, both style and size.
