Cool thanks man! There were a few things I hadn't thought about in there... so any ideas of cost for all this? I might need to recruit a few cofounders if there are costs involved... (jus the trademark process) believe it or not I've already found a hookup on shirts and stickers

you dont have to register just yet but you could start building the club and once you have members you can setup a monthly fee that in turn will be use for t-shirts, hats, stickers, and even the trademark registration.

Once you have a solid member base you can also use the funds for bbq events, toy drives, maybe even monthly raffle tickets for say set of bags, switch boxes, monthly tropy awards to members that go the hell out of their way to HELP other members..................you know, a real family type club. the sky is the limit.

I was told something about writing a letter describing the club and draw up a logo and make sure it's all dated..mail it to yourself by certified mail and don't open it..and if copyright issues ever come up and you get taken to court you let the judge open the letter and it will show you had the idea first..something like a poor mans copyright..anyone ever heard anything like this?
