Well... I've been in Cali for 2 weeks.
Looking to buy another project, so I looked at a 95 Toyota pickup, was ready to buy but got sniped at the last minute. Stuff happens for a reason. It was a well worn POS.

Next, was going for an '84 iron head Harley Sportster. Guy was asking $2k. It didn't run, and needed some work. Offered $1700. Accepted. He texts the day it was supposed to go thru and said he had an offer for the asking $2k. Go for it.

Under the title "Stuff happens for a reason"...
Ever forgot your keys when you went to grab them your wallet was sitting there too? Dumb azz

I found a one owner family 1989 Mazda B2200 that has original everything. Never worked, the bed has some minor scratches. 131K original miles, runs totally smooth. Paint is faded on top, has small dings. 5 speed.
Had to go on the hiway to bring it back to the hotel. Does 80 without a problem. Only bad is no A/C...

I know this isn't a Nissan, I haven't seen any D21s or D22s advertised anywhere. I would have gone for one of those.
I'll post a few pix, then this thread will sleep until I go back to Saipan and finish up the Frontier.

Ok, my plan is to do a deluxe Maaco splash and shine. Base coat clear coat with some quality work.
Some 16" wheels an tires, an A/C system and some other stuff.
This rig is actually pretty smooth. It's a one owner family, passed around a little
The bed only has some scratches in it.
Trying to decide whether to go nuts on this or just shine a sneaker...
I'll post some pix soon.
