He has no interest at this time in doing this. My son just wants a clean DD for work and school. He doenst get many hours for work. About 4 a day. Then every other Sat. He makes $8 an hour for a real cushy job. I am glad it isnt flippin' burgers. He has an interest in cars. He is in Auto Tech class at school. Hopefully he can take it to school and do some of the work there.

Well we got the head off today. It was deff. a blown head gasket. #3 cyl. had about 1/2" of rusty goo in it. Cyl. walls look like they just have surface rust. Hopefully not pitted. #4 cyl. looks great. Broke one exhaust collector bolt. All in all, got alot accomplished today. I will take pics tomorrow evening when I get home.

New pics after cleaning the truck.

Thinking he is cool.

After seat removal.

Ground sown some surface rust. Then we primered it.

Matt got the front grille, bumper, and headlights removed today. I found a window and going to get it this weekend. Also we are making a run to the half price sale at our local Pick a Part this Sat. Tomorrow I have him doing some cleaning to the interior to freshen it up a bit.

He wasnt pissed. He always looks like that. Plus momma wanting pics next to his new truck and it was too early in the morning for pics, so he says.

The boy got some work done on this thing. Here is the progress.
All the front ends has been removed. Well almost all. The condenser is coming off next. AC is not a priority right now.

After head removal. Still have to clean the cylinder walls. Some have some surface rust it appears.
