I haven't looked locally for a parts truck, but I'm trying to keep cost down as much as possible. I plan on dropping the tank to fix the fuel sending unit in the near future and will re assess the tank situation.

Was that thing up front behind the driver side headlight? If so that's the AIV. Air Injection Valve. It blows fresh air into the exhaust. The truck won't miss it. You also don't need that pipe from the driver side exhaust manifold to the intake. I've got headers and can't use that. Starts and warms up fine down to -15F or so. That's coldest I've driven it in since installing headers.

Yea I took that hose off. It was crushed on the end anyway. I've taken that off of every car I've owned. Yes it was behind drivers side headlight. I welded the tubes shut from the manifold to the AIV and then from the aiv yo the cat.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the toyota Tacoma wheels. I'll have to buy new lug nuts, but for $70 I couldn't pass up a set of wheels with decent tires. They seem to clear with a couple inches all the way around.

Once I get those mounted I will post pictures.

After I got it home and cleaned up. I ended up ordering lugs online because the parts stores here wanted 70-80$ for 24 lug nuts.
