If you're frame is similar width it could, you might have to get creative with end link mounting.

The more savvy members might say 23mm in the back is too big. This is my daily and only gets leaned on occasionally.
Iirc, the Hellwig bar is 7/8 & Belltech is 3/4 out back.
I swapped the wrong size poly bushings with the Chevy rubber and effectively "reduced" the diameter slightly due to deflection. Before installing the front bushings I checked the rear bar and it's indeed 23mm.
Fyi- you'll want the 23mm wide footprint mount to match up with the Chevy axle bracket if you don't low ball and use the stock Chevy axle mounts like me.
