Default Interior cargo/ dome light

I replaced my headliner and now canít get my rear interior cargo/dome light re installed. Am I missing a clip on the back? Does it use that clip and a screw? Does it go horizontal or vertical? Also th Black metal strip that goes along the top by this light appears loose. But it only attaches at each, should it be held up when the light is installed?

Mine kept flipping down when I would hit a bump. A small dab from a hot glue gun took care of that problem. And since mine is an LED converted light, I won’t t need to mess with it ever again.
