Default Toyota suspension on hardbody

Hello yall, I couldnt find a thread on this so I guess I have to ask it my self. I have heard on multiple ocaisions that the toyota pickup front suspension is extremely simular to hardbody suspension and that all that would need to be modified would be the uca mounts just a little bit. So I want to prerun my nissan because they are such fun little trucks and since no one makes any kits for them anymore I was thinking of trying to make a toyota pickup long travel kit fit on it, what do you guys think? Have any of you heard anything about swaping suspension? Any help is much appreciated, thanks

Never heard of it, nor have I ever seen it done, but that doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't do it.
