Very true.
Is a new tray available or do they just fab something up?

It is not a part. Just metal.. Someone would cut out the he week metal and have to weld in a new piece

Over the next couple months hopefully will be getting the parts together and paint to get this done.
When I go to paint I will pull the bed off which seems like a pretty straightforward job. While I get the bed off I want to fix my filler tube

I see several places I can get one so that should not be the issue and since the bed will be off it should be easier to replace. Anything that I need to be aware of when I replace this ?is it pretty much a pull out the old and put on the new?
Also as long as I have the bed off what else could I be doing? Would it be any easier change to do the rear shocks at this time?
