I have titans and 2wd fenders on my bagged hb - in the front I cut most of the lip out on the inside of the wheel arch, then bent and tacked a piece of quarter inch round stock in its place. Through some careful pulling (read yanking on the damn thing until it didn't rub when raising/lowering) on the arch I got everything tucked nicely... this did distort the lower fender/door gap a bit - some additional metal working would be needed to get it back to perfect.

Out back 90% of the bedside structure had been cut and altered so some light pulling and replacing the OE bedside/wheel arch bracing with some longer quarter round stock got it sorted.
