when replacing the carrier bearing, be sure to mark the driveline so you have a line on both sides of the carrier bearing so you can put it together the same. the d/line is balanced so if you install it 180* out you will have a vibration from that as well.

turns out my carrier bearing was too big for the factory location. I added 2 washers from my local hardware store to the mount in between the top and bottom parts of the mount and it worked great. vibration is almost gone but it got damaged when I first installed it so I am still getting a new one but it worked good with 2 washers making the hole in between the top and bottom stamped steel holders bigger

Nice that you figured it out. I will throw out another possibility for future. It could also be tires as they could have coping. Even if you had a shop (walliworld) do a balance!
