Default Vents are weak

I have very weak flow from my vents on any setting. The heat under the dash is broken and there's no AC at all so I only use heat on the defrost setting, but It's very weak. I can't tell if there's anything blocking it, blower motor is good, so Im stumped. Anyone got this issue?

Let's assume that you can hear/determine that the blower fan is working on all its speeds.

If so, something is blocking or diverting the air flow. Flaps or "doors" are used to divert the air flow in vehicles. Check to see if air comes out by the windshield, or under the dash. A blockage like described above or blocked exterior fins of a heater core or AC evaporator can also be a cause.
