Didn't the SE have power windows?

It took me over a year to find my 95, I wanted an SE V6 but when one came available the price was out of my range. I'm glad I waited, the truck I have has been challenging at times but it'll turn out just the way I want it.

It's possible only the bed has rusted but the odds say there's rust starting all over in places that can't be seen. Our vehicles don't rust here but you have to deal with the paint and interior getting destroyed by the sun/heat.

Good luck with the search.

The camper is heavy. The FM hauls it, but barely. I may have to do some mods.

If the flaming marshmallow is struggling, the rest of us don’t stand a chance

LOL. No problem moving it. It's just that my truck is sprung for articulation. The leaf packs in the rear are very compliant. I need to set them up differently, and possibly stiffen the frame a bit so that it doesn't feel like a carnival ride.

Not all SE have electric windows. Mine doesn't. I don't have cruise or power locks either. It does have a really nice interior though.

I've still got idle issues. I think my wax solenoid is giving up the ghost. If I get the truck really hot it idles around 800 otherwise it's 1000-1200 unless it gets warm then sits for a little heat soak.

Damn...seems like the SEs have more in common with the base models than I thought. If you're trying to save a few bucks I'm pretty sure Nissan used that solenoid on several engines for a long period of time. I think the vg33 might use it too. (I think I remember reading somewhere that you had a vg33 throttle body kicking around). Either way, I'm sure you could find a suitable donor vehicle in the junkyard. Mine crapped out a couple years ago but luckily I scored a spare throttle body for $35 at the wrecking yard. It was as simple as swapping the part over. Also got a spare IACV and TPS.

The VG33 does use one. My VG33 plenum has it built into the throttle body housing. I'm running TBI with a VG30 TBI unit.

I've got a bunch of spare VG33 stuff I'll probably never use.
