Looks much better than I expected! Nice!

I was half expecting sheet metal fenders like this! This also happens to be the truck Rabies was referring to.

The motor is fine but the packaging is terrible. I'm sure it was one of those don't give a f#@$ builds but still...

when you get to the point you don't care about aesthetics anymore its very freeing.
however. the tank truck could have been lowered 1 more foot with much wider tires

looks cool. you smacking fenders when you hit bumps?
you cut the fenders up under the fender flares?
the hitch. is that a hidden hitch? is that for the hardbody? got anymore pics? I need a hitch but I don't want one hanging down.
I don't have a bumper but a rollpan

I clearanced the inner fender area on all 4 corners. No rubbing lock to lock on metal. Because of the camber/caster curve on these trucks I need a little more negative camber to keep from pushing out the flares under full lock and full compression so I'll be buying the Beebani UCA soon. Possibly doing coilovers as well but it will be a while because of other things I need to get done first.

Hitch is a class 3 and model specific for the truck. You cut the ends square, get rid of the brackets and slide it up inside the frame then weld/gusset it in place. Raises the receiver about 6" from where the brackets place it. Works great and does a good job of stiffening the rear of the frame.

What he said. Funny thing is not long after I did all this stuff I went 180 the other direction and lifted it to stock, then did a 3" lift kit, 31 x 10.50 15s on some 15 x 8s. Truck is usuable as an actual truck now and I'll be looking for another chassis/cab this fall to cut up so I can do a tube front and rear and use S13 front suspension and an S13 rear subframe/suspension. There are just way too many compromises trying to lower a hardbody and get any real performance out of it.
