I'd agree under different circumstances.. For now at least that is the only way I will deal with him. Over time and if / when he makes it right with the others then we could go back to a more regular type of transaction.

My order was so small I don't think it's about the money to him, I think it's more about trying to repair himself both personally and ethically..

I only plan on using that route if I can't find parts here 1st..

Maybe the few small transactions we make will help his cause to return when and if that time comes..

I realize I carry zero weight here but a few successful transactions, even with little ole me, may be helpful later when the moderators must decide his fate..

Comes down to being a trust issue. Since they have had several transactions that worked out, it's between them.
Since HEMI has to redeem himself, I dont see a problem with it.

Is it just me or does it seem rather odd that he did this to help support his family and then goes on to say that he's swapping the engine for a Dodge hemi along with other high end bits? Seems those two stories don't coincide with each other.

I'd say ban him forever on here... I'm sure there are other Nissan forums or even other makes/models he can salvage/sell from. 'sides, we already got David out here for our needs.

I did find it odd he told the sob story about supporting his familry, and is swapping a Hemi in his truck... I guess priorities are in place eh?

I did get my package from him today. Fairly quick for USPS, he shipped Saturday. He threw in bulbs too, and it was all handled nicely on his end. No complaints there.

Hell, I've done that with my motorcycle!

Don't tell my wife, though.

Probably pointless after he sent an email to a moderator but..

I got my package yesterday for door handle cranks and the top windshield strip.

Packaged up nicely and the items are in good condition.. Not his fault that UPS took 14-days to deliver it..

Overall I am pleased with the purchase and its to bad he squandered the 2nd chance he was probably going to get..

We did an offline deal for some door handle covers and I have not got that package yet nor am I sure if it was ever mailed because he won't return my text messages any longer..
