Thumbs up SFBD Frontier

So I've finally decided to stop being lazy and create a build thread on here to kind of keep track of my progress on this project and to show everyone the details that may have been missed.

What I started with is this 2000 Nissan Frontier single cab 2.4L 5-Speed. When I got the truck, the project had already been started. It had a four link already in place and a set of Can-Do upper and lower control arms up front. But as you can see, it was far from where I wanted it to be. This truck is a daily driver, and as such, progress is slow but I do try to work on it as much as I possibly can.

The truck was initially a trade for a perfect, excellent running 1994 Chevy 1500 with the intentions of having a bagged truck on the road in a week or two at the most. The guy I got the Nissan from boasted that it was a complete truck and all the parts to get it going were there, they just needed to be put back in. Once the truck was in my possession and the titles had been swapped, the real story came out.

There were no valves, no bags, no compressors, no gas tank, no emissions controls, no taillights, no marker lights, and one of the four wheels was so small, it couldn't even be used on the rear.

I found a used gas tank with all the lines and electronics and even scored all the emissions controls from a junkyard for $100.

Got some used bags from a buddy to use temporarily to get it on the road. As you can see, the back half needs a lot of work, but it was cool as a first mini!
It's got a long ways to go!

Got some Titan 18's for it

Lesson learned though...don't buy wheels off craigslist at night. You'll end up with three five spokes and one six spoke. Oh well! They still look decent!

Did you not have a flashlight to look at them before you handed over cash?

Eeh...it was a stupid mistake on my part not to look at all of them before I handed over the cash, but I lived with em.

All u have to do is buy another 6 spoke. 6s on one side, 5s on the other. I think that'd be cool as hell.
