Default From Scrap to Gold

Hello everybody,
Im André, from Portugal, bought recently a Nissan Pick up, not hardbody yet, because I got a wood cage instead of a metal box... This is gonna change over time...

Im hoping to find answers to some questions, and check what you guys share here with your hardbodys.

I'll drop a picture of it in a while

Default There it is

So, there it is guys ... The Portuguese "Hardbody"

The little european 2.5cc diesel engine

Needs a lot of attention on the interior but ... Allways loved these Nissan model, so, it will be a pleasure give it some life...

The project is to replace the wood box to Metal box, put in some 33' tyres and lift a lil bit

Give you the word guys
Already checked a WD21 Pathfinder to give the hardbody some parts like tha dashboard and that kind of stuff

It has about 490000 kms on it! Still running like new!

Today gonna check out the tail lights, when I light up it turns on everything, even the turn signals, stops, ... There must be a bad wiring issue...

And gonna carry 2 complete doors from WD21 Pathfinder, mine are too rusty and the window channels are cracked... :/

Nice little truck.

What year is your truck? The info in your profile doesn't help anyone here.

> Vehicle: Nissan Pick Up D21

That's what we all have. Use that to tell everyone what you have, like 91 TD25 Manual 4x4

Done
Thanks

So, the tail lights are solved! The conections was wrong on the light ...

Now, need to decide what to do about the dash, here in PT is so hard to find one of these old dashed in right condition, and I dont like very much the new version ones ... :/

Tomorrow will carry the Pathfinder WD21 Doors to replace mines, but they are still manual windows and mirrors :/

So guys, today's upgrade...
Got a Pathy 2 front doors, front fender and cluster, mine are in so bad shape...
Got installed the cluster, and it lights all well, it was from the first Pathy's models, so, square shaped dash aswell...

Got cluster on place, all lights up, gas and temp works fine, but got 2 problems... First, the clock under the Tach lights up but dont work, and have no power on the little 2 pin conector even with or without the ignition turned on ... What can be the problem?

Second, the Tacho doesn't work :/ Still don't have power on black/white cable, even with ignition turned on ...

Can anyone give a tip to have both the Tach and clock working?

Very apreciated
