Default Z24i to Z24 Carb

I was given this truck and have gotten the proper distributor and intake. I also got the wiring and coils.

My question is how to splice in the wiring for the distributor. I have the plug in from the donor truck (1985- or 6?) Datsun. It has 5 wires - a white with blue stripe... a solid brown... a red with black spots on it... two blue wires - one with a white stripe and the other with a yellow stripe.

Question is - what do I wire where? Please advise ASAP. I recently had an auto accident that rendered my car inoperable and the other driver was DWI. The car was all I had to drive. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you and God bless

OK, What do you want it to say?

Try to edit the OP, in advanced mode. I think you can change the title.

Probably at least as bad as a Jeep so worse than a cow.

I found a pulse pump among my belongings and it is a pull type. Should give adequate fuel pressure to the carb and I will put a T fitting after the pump to allow fuel to bleed to the return line. I will also get a pressure gauge to see what pressure I am running.

I pray this works. Need to get her running before taking it to the glass shop for a windshield.

It seems the older distributor is different than this engines. The shaft is longer. Is there a way to pull the drive mechanism from the donor engine??

The stock ignition system DOES fire, but only on the exhaust side. It’ll start, then it will die a second later. It accelerates ok, just will not idle. The pulse pump is pushing around 3 psi. I am in serious need of help here. I recently had an accident on 10/04/21 and the other driver was drunk.
