Thanks for the link. While trying to find what my errant bolt is, I also found this fellas videos. Drilling a hole occurred to me, but I think I'll just do a full timing chain replacement is in it's future.

I thought the same after seeing him do it…..may as well do it all correctly, and skip drilling holes to replace the guides from above.

The hardest part of the timing chain job is apparently getting the oil pump stabbed back in the distributor with the correct alignment, so good luck with that. Let me know if you pick up any new tricks while doin it haha.

Certainly will do.

Went ahead and ordered everything (except the oil pump, it had good oil pressure cranking). Hopefully I find some time week next.

Managed to find some clear corner markers for the Pathfinder grille/headlight conversion out of Latvia on eBay.

May have to paint them to match the grille, but that's no biggy (or paint the grille to match these).
