Default front air dam/air deflector

Thanks to all for this forum ! New guy here from Kentucky, with a question. Guys, I want to replace [or even cover ] the banged up front valance on my 97 with a plastic air dam from another vehicle. Do you guys know which one, and which years would be the easiest fit ? Do the earlier Hardbody air damns fit this truck ? Lot of questions I know, sorry, but I bet a lot of owners have been thru this. Thanks to all who read this, much appreciated.

A plastic one from an early Hardbody/Pathfinder will fit - just get all the bolts!

Thank you for the reply. Do I take off my old valance, or will the earlier air dam fit over it ? And who sells the bolts? Sorry so many questions, I am new to these trucks.

Yes, replacing the beat up under bumper front valance, but would like more of a air dam/spoiler look. Would like it to look stock, no fancy extra large custom job. Seen a lot of pics with D21s with black front air dam. Thanks.

I still don't know what you are wanting to replace.

He wants to replace the steel valance you posted a link to with the black rubber air dam style from the earlier trucks or similar

Thanks!

Seems like for $30, he could have been done with it.
