Rearranging my shop once again so I can get my frame inside so I can start building it into a rolling chassis. Thought I could do it on my 16' trailer but with it having sides, makes it a pain in the ass to access and safely work on it. I aint 20 anymore.

Does anyone know of a blower fan upgrade for the hardbody or pathfinder truck? My blower on max feels like a mouse coughing in my face, before you ask there are no leafs or any objects in the blower and all speeds work. I have the SE model push button climate control unit

The blower maybe just getting worn and its not running to its full potential. No upgrades that I know of.

Installed the new fuel tank today. Not sure if I got the fuel gage to finally work properly yet.

Push button climate control sounds fancy. Only things in my SE with push buttons is my stereo!

Fuel gauge still does not read properly. At least I now know I've basically got a reserve of 20litres when it reads 1/4

the only thing you can do is either get a different wheel or a different motor. The wheel will only move more air if its bigger. a different motor will only move more air if its faster. so you are kind of screwed.

are you positive your duct work isnt plugged or restricted somewhere? im pretty sure that the blower is a DC blower and does not convert to ac. if you were to flip the +/- it could potentially blow out any lodged in junk. no guarantees though.

Have most of the components to add that to Hector once he returns. May replace heater core (again) since I'll have that assembly out.

Run some power and ground to it directly from the battery to test it. You should have plenty of airflow with the stock parts.
