ok ive been reading all of this thread and i have to say you guys are hit and miss with the info...i have done this upgrade a couple of days ago with pathy calipers bracket and pads. i used the V6 PATHY rotors that bolted straight up to the hub with absolutely no problems and they are bigger but they fit right and they are the right size for the caliper.

so just to clarify this is the info that is true and tested and proven
all parts are from a 2wd PATHY
PATHY calipers and brackets. PATHY rotors (yes you could use the v6 2wd rotors from the pickup they are same except the thickness of the rotor sleeves**whats next to each vent around the center of the rotor) you will have to trim the brake shield to clear the calipers both from the top and bottom. easy with a cut off tool. pics soon of what i took pics of lol

V6 rotor from PATHY with caliper, bracket, and new pads.

side view so you can see the rotor on the caliper and you can see how right it looks

back view on truck no problems

oh man lol i love it. its a huge difference between the single piston. i can speed to a stop sign and within 20ft i can stop at the sign without passing the intersection at all. i recommend everybody do it especially if you paint the calipers and have them seen through the rims well in my case yes, but not really if your running the 18" titans or eskies they cover up pretty ,uch everything behind the wheel. but im ye to paint mine so soon pics with wheel on and off painted and not

Are you saying those calipers bolt right up to the D21 caliper bracket?
