If you follow the RTV directions and let it set for a minute before you fully TQ it down, it wont cause any problems. Ive used RTV for everything from water pumps to warped exhaust flanges and never had an issue.

You realize the Nissan factory doesn't use gaskets, right?

Everything is RTV/Sealant.

Good enough for Nissan, good enough for me.

The pulley I got was wrong! I got it from a v6 if i remember right and it sticks out more than yours does so what year hard body and does it need to be the z24?

It was pulled form a 93 d21, and it was a sohc KA truck not a z24 truck.

haha believe it or not but i predated you by 8 days.


22/09/2009 (Z24 carbi)


i noticed a difference in acceleration.
and fuel economy increased
win+win=all sorts of awesome
