So I have a custom made flatbed on my HB and it sucks. It was made terrible. My buddy is gonna let me buy his bed off of his 94 (mine is a 93 btw). So is there any tips or tricks I need to know about swapping beds or is this super easy.

Six bolts. Three screws that hold the fuel filler in the fender. Lighting connection at the back. Ground braid at the back. Then it lifts right off.
No telling how the flatbed is rigged up. You're on your own, there. ![]()

Make sure the new bed is correct for your truck. There are 3 beds, regular cab bed, extended cab bed, and regular cab long bed.
