$11,500 is a lot for an old vehicle, but not too bad for a used vehicle with less than 100K miles. FB can be cruel, but can also be humbling. People see trucks a few years old selling for more than they were new, and used trucks look more affordable. Until inflation catches up to the used car market. "Supply & Demand" is really in effect right now.

There will be a correction in the market. Just don't be holding the bag, when it happens!

Probably at least as bad as a Jeep so worse than a cow.

I could never sell the FM. Not because I won't part with it, but because the online ads limit you to a 500 word description of the vehicle for sale.

I couldn't sell my truck. I've had it too long, done too much to and with it and ive gotten attached to it.

You don't have to pull the seats, just the little plastic piece underneath the radio. Then you can peel it back from the firewall side and get the shifter out that way. It also depends on how much you care, I guess. After the first time I took it out my carpet had a couple of conveniently placed incisions to make it easier next time around. You can use velcro strips on the floor underneath to hold the carpet back in place afterwards. You wouldn't want to do this if the interior was still in showroom condition, but if it's already beat up and/or you don't care I say go for it. If I buy this '94 pathfinder I've been doing some work on it will have the same thing done to it next time the shifter has to come out.

Small truck prices? There is a lot here in my town that is selling 08 Rangers with 150,000 miles on them for $10,000 and up. We need some newer delivery vehicles at work, but not at those prices!
Nissan news: Getting a few more bugs out of Hector. Trying to figure out why the alternator belt keeps stretching, plus the climate control keeps cycling the heat on at inopportune times. Must have a loose wire somewhere.

MT, the NAPA store in my town has a prius and a couple of yarises (yarii?) they use as delivery vehicles, plus a truck with a lift gate that gets used for the heavier stuff. I guess it makes sense from a financial standpoint. If most of what they sell fits in a small hatchback it's a good way to keep costs down. They drive the snot out of those things too.

We had an Aveo but it gave up the ghost. Right now I think the boss is almost ready to put the drivers on motor scooters - or bicycles.
