How to adjust parking break on 88 hardbody full extension and wont grab

First thing you need to check is if the cable is broken.
2nd is check the adjustment under truck where the 2 rear cables come together. It has a nut adjustment that can be adjusted.
Lastly is the actual adjusters in the rear drum areas.

The shoes can be worn out to the degree that any adjustment wont help.
