Does anyone know of any pick-n-pull part places in Houston, Texas where I can get fenders, hood, dash, etc?

Pick A PArt (LKQ)on Wallisville Rd. and Needville Road. Wait until New Years weekend. Everything 1/2 price. I will be attending as I usually do. Maybe I will run into you there.

I need to pay someone to paint - I don't have the time to learn paint...It's cheap enough that I'd rather have someone do it for me.

Get you about 6 cans of rustoleum paint and primer bout $60 spray a couple of coats make it even, if done right looks just like a single-stage paint job

Body work is one thing before going to a pro to get painted. I wouldnt bother sanding then rattle can primering it. You would be making more work for the painter.

if you can use the money to by a bed from the junkyard, than get it painted...if you want.

Wow! It's been a busy weekend....Met David (who is a GREAT guy!) and we went and played in the pick-n-pull. We found this Pathy that was in the wrong area that had a TON of great parts. I got the entire dash in great shape, lots of trim pieces, very clean Pathy seats, and Pathy power mirrors (that are heated too! David said that he had never seen that before).

I was up until 2 AM last night! I got the whole dash out, and started putting the new stuff in. It is going back in slower because I'm carefully cleaning everything before it goes in...It should look like a new truck when I'm done.

I'll post pictures later, I took a bunch.

Oh I also found a near perfect 94 Toyota front bumper...Just need brackets now.

I'm leaving now to pickup my 4x4 fenders, fender liners, grill, and whatever else fun David will let me buy.

I need the wiring directions to wire up the new gauages if someone can post or PM it to me. I'll search when I get home, but if someone knows quickly where it is I'd appreciate some help.

Thanks!

I have heard about the heated mirrors but had never found any until now.
Dash is looking good in the truck. Keep it going.
