ok i think i know what your talking about your talking about where you cut the original inserts out right???? Yeah the billets arent meant to go there. They are meant to be flush with the very front of your grille

it can be done pretty easy you just have to drill more holes in your bille pieces

Very nice job on the inserts..It will help me because I am wanting to do this soon..by the way, I had to laugh, when you said you pay someone or buy one already done..I saw one hanging on a wall for sell at a local wrecking yard with the billets alredy installed...but they looked like the job didn`t look anywhere near as good as yours.

i have a question i know this is random.but i hope you can help a brother out.i wanted to know how i get tighten up my grille to the truck because its kind of loose?should i put the grille on and then tighten the screws or the other way around?any info.will be good.thanks for your time.
