I recently bought these on eBay and have been very pleased with them. The light spectrum and spread are very good. the visibility they provide is like nothing I've ever seen. They are a direct replacement for the large rectangle sealed beams with three prong connector.

They can be used with the built-in DRLs, which I have not yet hooked up.

The low beam alone offers great visibility. The high beam adds a row of light on top of the low beam array.

I have yet to be flashed by oncoming traffic, so I assume the cut-off is where it needs to be. You can't always tell from the driver's seat.

When not lit, they appear black, which works well with my black grill, aesthectically.

Low beam

High beam

Got any shots of the beam pattern? A lot of the cheap LED lights out there have a beam pattern like a candle. There is no control of the light and it seems most people won't bother brighting you even if they cannot see.

I will try to get some pictures up. I didn't take any for this write-up. I just used some recent shots.

Just judging off those photos you have a lot of forelight. Find a wall on level ground about 20-25 feet from the truck and see where the center of the beam is. DOT spec is center of the beam.at or below the center of your headlight at 20 feet. I put the top of my cutoff at this level. Should help your headlights a ton if you have a decent cutoff. Should help your low beam throw.
