Default Questions for electrical wizards

I have an aftermarket H4 harness with odd ball relays I want to replace. Left to right, questionable black relays and Nissan 4 pins, 25230-c9965.

My Google fu is lacking today, can't find solid info
#1- what amperage are these blues?
#2- Nissan relay has a diagram but Idk what's power, trigger, neutral etc.
#3- should I bother with these and just get some 4 pin Bosch sockets?

I would just get a standard 40a Bosch style - easy pickup anywhere any time if something needs replacing etc...

If those are like most of the other Nissan 4 wire relays, 1 and 2 are the coil. So 1 should get the trigger (12vdc) and 2 should be grounded.

3 and 5 are the switched contacts. So 5 should go to the power supply and 3 should go to the component.
