Default EGR Problems

Can anyone verify which line on the solenoid is supposed to have vacuum? Valve picks up when i apply vacuum. Modulator checked bad so i replace but the new one also checked bad? Replaced all the vacuum lines. Getting 12 volts to the solenoid with key on.

I have no idea on the 4 banger. Is there a vac routing diagram under the hood?

Here's the vacuum line diagram for the KA24E. You'll have to do a little detective work to figure out which line it is, it's one of the smaller lines coming off the throttle body but I can't remember which one exactly.

It does but the hood has been replaced it appears because it has a v6 diagram.

Help away just in case but I think i found my issue as being the line off the EGR valve that supplys air to the bottom of the BPT clogged up. Took it on a short road test and seemed better but need more time before I say for sure.

if you replace hose (to BPT valve) make sure it is a silicone hose..

I guess your talking about to the bottom from the valve? Where it would experience high heat? If so, I will do that.
