Default I bought some 15x8 wheels, need a little advice

I bought some 15x8 aluminum wheels off my neighbor for $100!! 3.75 backspace -19mm offset. My 90 2wd HB is bone stock. I kinda like the old school look with the wheels sticking out a bit. Will I have any rubbing issues in the front when I turn? Im thinking of buying a 195 205 or even a 215 size tire. I cant decide I just want something that rides/looks good for my DD. Im thinking of lowering my truck around 2 inches but for now its stock. What tires do you guys think will look ok on these wheels?

Pics of the actual wheels would help.

I think that is you lower your truck 2 inches with the offset on those wheels you are going to rub if you have much weight in the back, I would run a 195/65r15 on those wheels and it would look good on there.
