Default v6 fuel pump/sending unit

Hey guys, it's been a while since I have been on. I still have my truck, but she's giving me issues...again.
I replaced the fuel pump during summer, it lasted roughly 1 week, and failed. the company sent me a replacement, and it was working, but that one to has now seemed to have failed.
I noticed the the whole assembly appears to be pretty beat up, and the sensor is no longer working.

is there a whole assembly unit that i can replace ?
and does anyone have a part #
the local auto stores are no help, as they seem to know nothing, and only have the pump.
i want the whole sending unit.

I have drained out the tank, cleaned it, put new gas in and cleaned the lines and installed a new fuel filter.

The whole thing is an expensive mama-jama. I've got this on my Watch List in eBay because Nissan does not sell it anymore.

Some dealerships might still have one on their shelves, but you are now limited to New Old Stock.

Aftermarket sellers, like the Doorman item listed above, are slowly going away, too.

My sending unit hangs at the 3/4 mark a lot. In the pic below, the lower half was taken 6-miles and 6-minutes after the upper half:

I knew the truck could not get 150 miles with a half tank, so seeing it at 172 miles at the 3/4 mark made me shake my head. I had 30 more miles to go, so I took the upper half shot not knowing it was going to break free in less than 5 miles.

My fuel gauge never goes all the way to the "F" mark, and I can drive 25 miles and it will drop to 3/4
