Default 1992 Hardbody - burnt wires. Help identify!

Hello all-
I have a 1992 hardbody which had a small electrical fire in the drivers side engine wiring harness. I'm trying to identify the burnt piece (possibly a relay?) so that I can replace it.
Can you help me identify this piece?
Location: drivers side engine compartment just under the air filter box:

I have not attempted starting it since the wires have burned and
are no longer insulated.
