Okay I know your post is a few years old. I have a similar thread trying to figure this out. Did you get an answer on how to delete? I didn't in my thread. But I just noticed this diagram you posted. I'm gonna try and remove the secondary line and plug it at the 5way block. Then attach the rubber hose to the primary line.

Looking at the diagram above, my guess would be to plug the line at #1 at the Five-Way Connector and then run a straight line the Five-Way Connector to the rear brake's Three-way Connector - eliminating the lines at #2 and #3.
