Default roll pans..school me

rollpan
roll pan ...idk.

so apparently if they came stock on some vehicles its legal..
so why are bumpers a legality? roll pans have no protection.

anyways. im ditching my bumpers for rollpans.

has anyone used one from a dif truck like a C10? cut ends to fit?
they are cheaper it seems.

ALSO. I would like to rollpan the front.
are these the same or get a "FRONT" roll pan. is this legal?

is a rollpan just a sheet of thin gauge steel bent 2 to fill the gap between body/bed and pan itself? then another bend to rivet. weld. bolt to truck?

..im not from CA but IA lol

also does anyone have a reese or curt part # for tow hitch receiver (hidden) that tucks up with a roll pan

I’m not sure how well a roll pan intended for another vehicle will fit. Legal just depends on how picky they are in your state lol

Florida statutes say you must have a bumper, the statute says how high a bumper must be off the ground. The statute does NOT say what a bumper IS. I have a rollpan, but I sorta figure the po po has bigger fish to fry and probably won't start no shit unless I give 'em a reason to.

I look forward to seeing your fabrication work....especially for the front end. You own a 5 foot brake?
