I ordered some for a Ford explorer (I swapped the rear in mine), and they sent me Ranger blocks. The axle tube is a bigger diameter on the Explorer, so the u bolts spread out and wouldn't go in the plate. I have a scrap piece of axle tube, so I rerolled the u bolts so they would fit (no, I didn't heat them, I used my press). Since I ordered 2 inch blocks, and they send U bolts to fit up to 6 inch blocks, I had plenty of length. I suspect the u bolts are packaged wrong. Most 4x4 and truck shocks can make you some pretty cheap. Just make sure of the axle size and length u bolt you need so you only buy once...

I'd disregard that warning. If you select extended cab the caution tape doesn't popup. Axles are the same on both trucks, so fairly safe to assume it's an error in their fitment database.
