Good eye! Its a suspension techniques sway bar, found it at the junkyard for 35 bucks off a wrecked v6 truck. It stiffens up the rear suspension a bit. You really notice it coming out of a corner, the rear end doesnt wobble or steer as much on its own anymore, especially with a full load of firewood in the back. I have poly sway bar, tension arm, leaf spring bushings and love them too.
I live in the mountians, so its a night and day difference, i wouldnt go back now. I have KYB monomax shocks, they are really stiff and wonderful.. the reviews said they were too stiff for some people, so i knew they were perfect. Its a HUGE improvement over stock, but i am also pushing a bit more power than most people. No offroad for me, its a relative road hugger Only problem that ive noticed.. I actually worry when i throw wood into my truck lol

![]() Ummmmmmmm, you just bumped a thread that's been dead for 9 years. I can only hope you get a response, not knowing if any off the posters are still around. Hope you get your question answered... but after 9 years, I suspect things have changed. OH, welcome Tricky826...
