Default got the green light

hey everyone!
I'm new to this forum and new to the hardbody life. I got a 95 hardbody 4x4 about 8 months ago and have completely re built everything at this point. I'm a bit stuck and would appreciate any ideas or input on how to solve this last problem which is my idle... its a bit rough. gos between 1200 rpm and drops to 900 rpm while idling. its gotten a lot better after changing the mass air flow sensor and O2 sensor. the injectors are working and there are no vacuum leaks that I can find.my fuel pump is working tops and I have a new temp gauge and the sensor is working fine. I have read and reset all the codes and have no engine light on but the only thing that is on is the green light on the computer. when the car idles high the green light is on and when it drops the green light gos away.... I'm so stumped as to what this means and what I need to do to smooth this idle out. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!

Which engine? {Creating a signature file helps.}

What did you do to check for vacuum leaks?

its a 4 cylinder. I have checked the injector gaskets (boots) those are fine. checked all the vacuum lines. those seem to be fine. checked the actual injectors and they are fine. checked and re sealed the throttle body gaskets and they are sealed and fine. o2 sensor is new so is the mass air flow sensor. I do have an EGR delete on my truck from the previous owner. I did get a new EGR valve though cuz it was clogged with all the carbon. I'm going to check the vacuum line to the booster.. some one suggested that.. not sure what else I can check... I seem to be running out of things to check. I'm sure I have missed some things that I have checked. any ideas?

What mode is your ECM in when it gives you a green light?

Do you have a copy of the FSM?

Have you checked the Ignition Timing with a timing light?

KA24E, if original.

Do a smoke test too, to check for vac leaks; see Youtube for "paint can smoke tester". But could be many causes, unfortunately!

the green light is on after I check the codes in mode three and the go threw to mode five and clear all the codes... also yesterday my car was pulling code 41 so I ordered a new intake air sensor and will be putting that in today. that was the only code that was showing. maybe that was why it was running bad? I don't know.
I checked for vacuum leaks and got nothing. I did play around with the wire harness by the fire wall and noticed that the idle would get REALLY bad when playing with the last two injectors. so my thoughts are that Maybe its the last two injectors. the wire harness is surprisingly clean. also ordered two new injectors. im hoping that will do the trick.

Welp! I pulled the injectors out and they were CAKED with mud. So I decided to pull the other two and sure enough the same. My truck before I got it was used as a off roaring mud truck. Which when I bought did not know until I started re doing the interior of the car and was working on the suspension. Hopefully by replacing all 4 injectors it will take care of things. I replaced the back two and it seemed to idle better but was still not quite right so I’m going for all 4
