Fender liner. If push comes to shove you can go to the hardware store and buy a roll of some vinyl floor mat stuff and cut out some new ones. Not pretty, but it'll work.

This eBay seller has a new left/right side set for a decent price. You would just need the press in clips to hold the liners in place.

i think OP is talking about the rubber like pieces that go behind the uca’s and fills the gap between frame and inner fender. it’s called a hood ledge splash cover on the nissan site.
