Default My project

This is a 1995 with 4banger and auto. It has 185xxx miles on it.

Dont really have many plans other than static drop. Would like bags oneday but not real sure. I dont like the idea of having to move gas tank. I like the idea of being able to adjust the height for those speed bumps and inclined driveways. My old HB drug the crap of the leaf hangers and exhaust pipe.

Thinking of putting 2 10s maybe 3 inside, not sure what type alpine type r are way too much money and would need to big of a amp. Im thinking type d. Maybe Jls but pricey also. I use to have 3 12s (bostwicks with crossfire 225hcca amp I think). Sounded bad ass but my hearing suffered. Not deaf yet but hard to hear sometimes.
Ah, wonderful selective hearing but dont tell my wife .

Truck does need a new bed has bad rust up near the cab and tailgate also. Might last another 10yrs though.

Darn pics are kindof small.

Is that a factory color? I think it is same color all under hood, door jambs.

I do need to snag a new hood. Would like to also get rid of the 3 piece bumper in the front. Not sure what to do with rear bumper. Would like to keep for plate holder. Rear bumper is bent downwards alittle. Might be getting taken off though.

I will tint the windows sometime, Im thinking of doing like my last truck with 5% rear three windows and 15% on the two front ones.

Ill have to get a pic tomorrow but it appears that driver front tire sticks out farther than the passenger side. Looks weird when you look at it.

Im looking for some 4x4 fenders for the front cuz it will not tuck now. Rear might tuck with some work. Im thinking before I go back to work I might go ahead and drop the front down some. It does need a alingment right now but I dont drive it enough to hurt the tires.
Truck does feel real light in the steering not sure if steering box needs replacing or what. Tierods felt nice and tight. Maybe I need to look at idler arms and balljoints also.

New radio is going in tomorrow just a cheap one I got from Walmart with 6 1/2 speakers for like $88 (Kenwood). I just need it for my ipod connector. It does have a OLD pioneer tape deck with a 6disc changer in the console.

truck looks good man, and you can tighten the steering box up to get the play out of the steering wheel... and what i haver aquired from a couple people is that low pros will follow ruts in the road and shift a slight bit without the wheel being turned.... but you need more loaw.

Yea I know it missing the lowered stance. Im undecided how Im going to do. I guess cheap so torsion and blocks. Might redrill also. My old HB sat abit high in the rear and always dragged the hangers. It only had a 4" angled block with dortec (something like that) shocks all the way around.

Id start with the redrill then see how which blocks u wanna go with. Smaller blocks means more clearance between cement and ur u bolts.

Just a big puss about redrilling hangers. Might have to suck it up and do it. With my 4" blocks before I never had problem with slapping axle even with hauling junk when I was moving. Rode good in my eye front left alittle to be disired but that was because of bumpstops. Like I said before I wish I knew about this site when I had my truck.

Now with pics resized you can see them better.

Ill take more pics tomorrow of different angles and some straight down the side. So you can see tires better.

I would say crappy cell phone pics but they look good to me.
