if you go to hargbor freight for 69 dollars they have an inspection camera that you can snake down into the trans and possibly look between the PP and the disc hub for a missing spring. go through the shifter fork hole or the starter hole.

I had and extremely similar problem and it was a spring that popped out of the hub and was rolling around between the disc and the PP effectively driving the disc when it should be disengaged.

Had to get it done fast it's my daily. I love these trucks so easy to work on and lots of room to move around.

The damper delete will take 2-3 days to get used to and then you will kick yourself for not having done it sooner.

PP definitely sounds like the cause, had that issue previously in a different vehicle- masters/slaves are not as fast to go (Generally)

Hi Scott Turchin my name is Andrew Jones and I wanted to ask you if you deleted your damper and replaced hard line steel tube with anything fancy or did you keep it?? The twists and turns all seem unnecessary to me but I am a noob at best. I need my truck it's my work truck and my geo metro looks silly with my extension ladder on top. LOL
