At your local Nissan dealer. Or you can go online to a Nissan parts site like www.nissanpartszone.com

theres really no worry about the rattle during start ups just cause the rockers have hydraulic lifters its normal i use 10w 30 and the rattle is still there. trick to see if you have to worry is count up to 3 seconds as soon as it starts and if the noise go's away dont worry if its longer try a higher viscosity and re test. oil filters have nothing to do with this rattle its merely a common noise for all KA 24E 240s and HB have it.

everything from a 240 besides the block and crank are fully compatiable for HB usage water pumps are the same pistons are the same timing covers to the oil pump are the same the only parts that arent are the oil pan valve cover drive pullys and wiring harness. and the rev limiter might be different. i know about the tear down about these motors i did a motor swap on my truck and i am hitting a good 16.7 on a qtr mile with pathfinder flowers and an open diff oh yea and i have A/C

Since you have it apart, replace all the timing components. Dont do just the broken guide. The oil pump isnt necessary to replace at this time unless you want to.

Changing the oil pump isn't necessary when doing the timing chain job, however, that being said, if you can afford it, do it. One less thing to worry about if you have OCD!
