thor, what did u do about the ignition switch? how did u get ur stock ignition on the pathy tilt?

Just use a center punch and a hammer. Start by denting the smooth bolt head and it will come loose enough to loosen. I guess I need to do a tutorial on this.

a flat head screw driver and a hammer work pretty well also.

im starting my tilt wheel swap, but it looks like where the colum connects tto the steering box is diffrent, is there a way to correct this?

the bottum one is the tilt (one i want)
and the top one is my stock one, it bolts up to a extenable shaft

The bottom one is from a Pathfinder. You are missing the rubber piece and the other side that has the piece that connects to the steering shaft. Similar to the one on top.
