Good video walk-around. Can see the t-bars off the UCAs as suspected. AMF22 (F22) was the chassis code I was looking for.

Body lift would probably be a good approach, as suggested.

The truck arrived today with no issues.

The title is still a week or two away so I was only able to drive it a few blocks today, now it basically sits in the driveway for a bit.

Gives me plenty of time to think and plan

I like your suggestions about doing a body lift and keeping the suspension stock.

I already made the mistake a few times of opening the left side door to move the truck ready to jump in and realizing the wheel is on the right side haha

The truck has 6 lug wheels, did I read somewhere that after market wheels that fit pathfinders have same pattern ?

Check your DMV laws. Here in Mississippi I was legally allowed to drive a just-purchased vehicle without tag or title for 7 working days. I just carried a copy of the Bill of Sale with me.
Here's what I found with a quick search: https://sanedriver.com/drive-new-car...ates/#New_York

If it’s 6 on 5.5 or 139.7 then any truck, pathfinder, or Xterra wheels up to 2004 will fit.
