Little sad to see the purple truck get scrapped but I think you made the right decision - this one going to see the v8 from that build?
Thank you! No trying to keep this my simple work truck, i bought a 64 f100 awhile back which i will be bagging and body dropping most likely will put the sbc in that to piss off the ford fans, lol.

Ya my main build that i was doing the sfbd with v8 got scrapped, got out of control and started going down hill. Saved all the accauir, wheels, v8 which will be going in my new build which is a 64 f100.

The project was ambitious - but I can only imagine totally worth it for all the fab experience and learnings. I commend the effort and the foresight to know when to call it quits
Ya it sucks to have thousands of dollars spent and 3 years into the build just to scrap it but it was a great learning experience for the next full build!

Awesome build love watching both your truck builds and your channel. And also love your online shop. Love to come to your shop one day as I'm in Vancouver, BC.

in all the years i have owned my truck, the one thing that rings loud and true is they will take your spare money if you let them. i never thought that a little blue box would become such a piece of pride to own and drive. the reputation these trucks have been awarded over the years comes from reliability and ease of maintenance.

they are just tough little mother fuckers.

I get it. I’ve been working on mine for 8 years. Luckily I don’t have all the custom made stuff such as frame etc. to make me want to guit on it. I’ve got too much money invested to not finish it. I think about it everyday. I tinker with it when I can. Nothing wrong with going in another direction if that’s what you heart desires.
