Welcome to infamous Nissan!

Just general tune up, use NGK plugs and wires, new cap and rotor, fuel and air filters, and set the timing to 10 btdc with a timing light.

Welcome to the club. You did right by finding this site. As far as mods go, just keep searching around here. This place is full of good info on what you can do to your truck. Just find what you're comfortable with. Theses trucks were a dime a dozen back in the day, so parts are available and the junk yards are full of them, that's a good thing .

Before you start going to mods, it's a good idea to get the basic stuff in tip-top shape first.

Super-clean engine bay and interior. Replace all tune up parts with solid quality NEW.

Dump the oil and put in some fresh.

Flush the cooling system and add new anti-freeze. Winter is coming.

Make sure you have a good spare mounted, everything to change it, and a cheap set of tools behind the seat.

Welcome to Infamous Nissan!

Default KA24e Exhaust Pop while decelerating

Hi everyone, im new to the d21 game and im concerned with a slight fluttering/ popping sound upon deceleration. No power is lost tho it still gets up and goes but i don't want to hurt anything. Also i had read if I have a high flow air intake and exhaust, which i do. can this be the cause as well, is this true?
