I'm not aware of any lift kits for 2wd hardbodies. your best bet is a 3" body lift or possibly getting an 1-1/2 inch lift by rekeying and turning the torsion bars and extended shackles in the rear. I'm not even sure you could get that much out of a 2wd though.

Yes 4x4parts has them and depending on your final goals for the truck they may not be worth it.
I have to ask the question why is it you're putting a lift kit on a 2wd truck?

Just because it's 2wd doesn't mean you have to feel like your sitting on the ground. I would lift mine if I wasn't so concerned with MPG.

I know that, but if he just wants to sit a little higher he can just crank the torsions and buy a leaf, cheap and easy.

If the OP says "well I like going offroading in it and want more ground clearance" it's cheaper to buy a full 4x4 truck than it is to buy the full on 2wd lift kit

Found this pic online a while back, I like the truck, 2wd with suspension and body lift, I found the write up one time and I believe the tires are 29/9.50/15's

Being a 2wd I would buy a flip kit for the rear so that now if you add blocks it would raise the rear instead of lowering it. I know someone is going to comment, " well why don't ya buy a 4wd axle and leaf spring and swap them in instead and add the blocks in". Good luck with finding them.
For the front I would get upper lift control arms and crank the torsion bars way up that would be a start

Can also do what Chevy did on the ZR2 S-10's years ago to get lift, make the front spring perches longer.

doing a spring over swap nets 5-6" of rear lift alone, a little overkill with 3" arms up front
