Default Tie-rod nuts

I am switch my '86 720 over to PS. I am swapping over the tie-rods, drag-link and steering box.

I'd really like to put new nuts on the above. But, I can't find them. They are slotted M12-1.25. The same nut as a Castle-Nut will not work (well, it will, but you couldn't use a cotter pin on it).

Any ideas?

If the bolt is long enough, you can use the double nut method to keep them tight.

Well, I found them at the dealer...2 bucks each. That was cheaper than Napa, and the hardware stores, for the nut off the same size, but to tall to fit.

AND>>>>the lady at the dealer was actually helpful, didn't act like it was a dinosaur, and got them for me in ONE day....what is up w/dat?
