Default matching door and ignition key set

Anyne know where I can find a decent set of door and ignition keysets replacements that wont cost me $125. I want to change the ones i have as they are worn out bad and cutting new ones wont really fix the issue.

I'm also looking for parts to fix the camper shell latch and locks.

Only place I've found them is the junkyard. If someone has a set they will be expensive.

Or see a local locksmith.

And I have 2 different keys right now for my 1988 Mazda truck: one key works the door cylinders, and the other key works the ignition switch and the gas door flap lock. I replaced the door lock cylinders about 5 years ago, as they would unlock with anything smaller than a pecker in the slot.

If you buy an ignition lock new or used, I can re-key the door locks to match

That's great to know. I might do that but want to try having the ignition read and new keys cut first. I'm hoping that that will fix the issue. If not I'll have to buy a new set. I'm thinking the keys are just extremely worn.

Do you have the outside covers? If not do you know where to get them? Thanks.

I get the SS covers from my local locksmith, they are easier to work with than the OEM ones (OEM ones you need a crimping tool to install them, the aftermarket ones you do not).

They charge me like $6 each for the covers.

If your door lock (s) match your ignition, it's easier to pull a door lock out to have a key made for it.

Years ago I rekeyed my Sentra and Pathfinder to all use the same key, the locks I pulled from the Sentra I installed in my former Hardbody due to the key being so badly worn, I had keys made when I bought the truck and it was so worn the copies didn't work.
